We provide friendly returns and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is pleasant with no ugly surprises. 

We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase. Here, we have outlined our policy in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Note: You have purchased a handicraft product made by Indian artisans. Slight irregularities in design and colour variations are the inherent part of every creation which adds actual beauty and uniqueness to the product.

What is your cancellation policy ?

• You can request to cancel your order if the items have not been dispatched from the warehouse.
• Send us an email on support@tamrapatra.online with order ID asking us to cancel your order or part of your order.
• We will provide the coupon voucher of that order into your email account.

What is your return policy ?

• You can request to return your product if you received it damaged or is defective, within 24 hours of delivery.
• Send us an email on support@tamrapatra.online with order ID and attach images of the product clearly highlighting the damage or defect.
• We will arrange re-dispatch of that same product if available or provide you coupon voucher for the order into your email account.

Terms & Conditions Apply

1. Coupon vouchers are the value amount of your purchase order which will be issued to your email account. They can be used for any future purchase which comes with no expiry date.
2. A minor shipping cost might be deducted from your purchase in case of exchange of products or you wish to return your products.
3. We can arrange refund of coupon voucher only after we have received our products back into our warehouse.
4. Please maintain the original packaging with our brand barcodes and package in order to return the products.
5. We might ask you to deliver the return package back to us using the shipping carrier most convenient to you.
6. Tamrapatra reserves the right, at its discretion to maintain the returns policy but we will do our best to resolve any issues with our services.
